At Bespoke Fitness YOU are our priority! In keeping with our name every service we offer is completely bespoke, customised and tailored to YOU.

Look around you, not everyone is the same... So why should you follow the same programming?  Simple answer is you shouldn't, what works for one person won't necessarily work for you. At Bespoke Fitness we get to know all of our clients during the initial consultation period your goals, eating habits, training experience,  body composition are to name just a few of the areas we look at in depth. Then using our professional judgement and experience we are able to provide you with the perfect bespoke plan to achieve your goals.

I have worked with hundreds of women with a range of different goals including, building confidence, fat loss, muscle building, working on relationships with food and building muscle too. Whatever your goal may be we can help you get there!

We keep up to date with all the latest research within fitness and nutrition and all of are programming is underpinned by research along with hundreds of success stories guaranteeing you are in the best position possible to smash your result.

My own story...

From being young, I have always had a huge passion for all things health & fitness. I started taking training seriously when I was around 16/17. Soon after I was introduced to Bikini Fitness competitions and not before long I started to compete myself. I have since competed in a number of Bikini and Fitness Model competitions.

 

Training has massively influenced my confidence, self esteem and most importantly my mindset, which made me realise how much I wanted change the lives of women, like myself.

 

Once I realised my true passion, I soon became a fully qualified Personal Trainer which complemented my degree in Physical Education and Sport. More recently I have completed my EIQ nutrition certification to ensure I am able to fully support my clients to the best of my ability.
